Sign in to the portal, select the Pro + Analytics plan, and complete workspace setup. Pro workspaces support team member invitations with role-based access (User, Manager, Admin) and include 50 GB storage and 300 minutes of analysis per month.
Upload video files to your project. The Pro tier supports multi-face analysis across any number of individuals per video. Select context, confirm consent, and start analysis. Results are available as soon as processing completes.
After analysis, you can register detected persons by name into the system. Registering an individual links their face across sessions, enabling cross-video comparison of their emotional state over time — the foundation of the Pro analytics tier.
Create new persons in the Face Library or add additional photos to existing records. The system uses face registration to automatically link detected faces to named individuals across different videos and sessions going forward.
View and manage your registered face database, set primary photos for each person, and search the library. The Face Library is the foundation for cross-session analytics comparison and long-term trend tracking.
Select a registered person and compare their emotional analytics across up to three different videos side by side. The Admin Portal allows workspace administrators to invite team members by email, assign roles (User, Manager, Admin), review billing history, and update subscription plans. Team members receive branded email invitations with secure activation links and set their own passwords on first login.
Search for videos or projects by name across the workspace. All content is organized into the project and folder structure for easy retrieval across large video libraries.
Activate video gateways, register cameras by location or name, and use Clip Search to find specific moments across recorded footage without scrubbing. Gateway integration enables real-time streaming analysis without manual video upload.
